Let me reintroduce you to Beatriz, a young lady living with our partner in Bolivia.
Rewinding five years, the then-12-year-old arrived at the home with her two sisters.
In fact, if you've been a friend of Orphanos for that long, her name may ring a bell. This story was written about her in April 2021.
I praise God that she truly has embarked on a new adventure over the last few years.
During that time, the Lord has used the Daughters of the King leadership, in addition to a local church body, to plant gospel seeds.
The seeds fell where the Lord intended.
She heard the Word, believed the truth in her heart, and confessed with her mouth that Jesus is Lord.
As an outward display of her inner transformation, Beatriz was baptized at her church last month.
Five years ago, she lived with an alcoholic parent, encountering neglect and malnourishment. Now, she's growing in her walk with Christ.
There is nothing that gets me more excited than watching our partners make disciples.
